There is a open source software program called the GIMP 2 that I used to edit together various images to make the header (which I’m only marginally happy with). My news feed is just the free Google Reader which is how I keep tabs on the local news, Wall Street Journal, NYTimes, and various blogs of importance. When ever I mark an article or headline of importance it get’s feed through my reader to my site.
