There are always those who think it’s a great idea to roast the neighbors pig and have a party. It’s never fair when the neighborhood decides it’s time to roast their hog. I have been reading and watching the persecution of American ideas and values. I can’t help but see a little bit of Robespierre in the current Administration. Remember it was Robispierre who persecuted the French Aristocrats and introduced the guillotine and the “reign of terror.” Too bad for Robispierre that he made promises he couldn’t keep and soon met the guillotine head on…pun intended.
Cheers,

Thanks for the comment! And amen to that! A coach of mine recently mentioned he was rereading Animal Farm. And I’m reminded of the Russian revolution when the State gave the land to the peasants only to come back around and take it from the peasants and put it under their control.
Be careful what you wish for you just might get it! To bad it seems our American brothers and sisters have little understanding of what they are wishing.
