Atlas is Close to Shrugging

Their is a great post on Atlas being ready to shrug. I must agree. As the American people and American government turn from a Republic to a Democracy the majority has decided to oppress the minority. In doing this they spit on our Constitution. What will be next? They spit on the Bible, the Constitution, and any great thoughts of the value of the individual over the majority. Sick people like our Senator Rockefeller here in W.Va. or the face of the democratic party Barney Frank.

The real question is how can we stop the insanity open to ideas we must return to the way God intended for America.

Thanks for stopping by. That’s a great question and one that I struggle with. I think it comes at an individual level though. Only when one is truly free can one do focus on (as Stephen Covey pointed out) growing their sphere of influence. For me building my relationship with God to be free eternally comes first, after this raising up a strong family is second that understands and values freedom, then my current priority is being financially free (debt free with a solid growing surplus), then to work at a small grass roots level (in my local church and community) to help others pursue true freedom.
Atlas can’t shrug if Atlas doesn’t have anything to shrug off. We must pursue spiritual, relationship, educational, and financial freedom at an individual level. Once we achieve these individually we can grow our circle outside ourselves and our families.
