Well I’m Now a Threat to Homeland Security

April 14, 2009

It looks like the State has now labeled me as a threat to their power.  Read this report that has been leaked from the Department of Homeland Security that says that many of us that believe in local government over federal power, closing the boarder, served in the military, etc. are a threat to stateist powers.

This report was released for official use only so it’s not something for the general public but thankfully we’re being given a heads up.  What exactly is a right wing extremist?

  • If you are concerned about illegal immigration
  • If you think that the State has something to do with our economic troubles
  • If you fear the rise of China, India, or Russia (again)
  • If you are afraid of potential gun legislation
  • If you are concerned with Obama’s African-american heritage (I thought he was Muslim-american)
  • If you think that the state and local powers should carry precedent of federal/stateist powers
  • If you think that the State is begining to infringe on personal liberties
  • If you have moral issues with abortion or same sex-marriages

Be careful you are a right wing extremist and a concern of Obama’s department of homeland security.

Read the leaked homeland security report at TheLibertyPapers.org

FYI – it’s hard to get the document to download as their is probably a large demand for the actual document.  Try several times.

Do you know if there was a similar report during the Bush years which defined the “Extreme Left Wing”?

    • April 14, 2009 5:33 pm

No, do you know where it is?

But I want to read a report about the true enemy the State… D.C. is the true threat to this country.

I misread your post. No I don’t know if there was a similar report – stateist are in control why would they need to fear themselves?

Wow, great stuff. I’ll try and post on this! Thanks a lot! Much more data then the Right Wing current one also (at first glance) it appears that the focus is on communist views rather then the current one which focuses on some pretty middle of the row debates (immigration, abortion, economics, etc.).

Thanks for the comment. Your’s is the first one, hopefully, of many. I have another blog that’s a story in the form diary entries:

    http://teenagesurvivalistdiaries.wordpress.com

It’s the story of a teenage boy trying to survive in a post apoctalyptic world full af militaristic survalists, starvation, and animalistic fear. If you could, check it out and let me know what you think.

Thanks, I thought your blog was well written. I’ll check it out the other one it sounds interesting. Blogging takes a lot of work before you get results you really have to participate in the “online conversation”. It’s nice to read something different too so it’s nice that it’s so unique.

At least put the real quote in there where it says that it’s talking about hate groups who ALSO are fighting for right wing causes. I hope that you do not belong to a hate group. If you don’t then this report is not talking about you. There is right wing and left wing extremism that can be VERY dangerous. Ever heard of Eric Robert Rudolph or Timothy McVeigh.

    • April 15, 2009 8:20 pm

It’s not just talking about “hate groups” this BLATENTLY NOT TRUE you should have read the document before commenting. (By the way what is a “hate” group if I hate vanilla ice cream am I in a hate group, what if I hate liberals, or I hate stupid people). What a silly term “hate group”. But I digress.

Indeed the report is talking about groups, but also (and I quote) they are talking about “lone wolf” operators. These “lone wolf” AND “terrorist groups” might have a “resurgence fueled largely by an economic recession, criticism about the outsourcing of jobs, and the perceived threat to U.S. power and sovereignty by other foreign powers.”

I have indeed heard of Eric Rudolpve and Timothy McVeigh I’m not in a vacuum. What ticks me off and fills me with anger at this report is that these dispicable people have lumped me in with Rudolph and McVeigh.

Now granted they are concerned with those that may threaten violence but I fit their profile indeed. I am no threat of violence currently this doesn’t mean I wouldn’t ever take up arms against my government. Indeed if the majority continue to trample the consititution and vote for individuals that desire to oppress the minority (being wealthier individuals, executives, and producers in this society) with unfair taxes and oppressive regulations it is my duty to take up arms against the government that is oppressing me. And honestly it get’s closer everyday. This doesn’t mean that day will ever come and BY God I hope it never does. But if it does come I hope it comes in my lifetime and not my childrens or grandchildrens. But again I digress.

You asked for a quote of what the document says is a hate group or individual I’ll give you the quote directly from the document with my thoughts in [brackets]…

“Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents [i.e. adherent being an individual, movement I'm not so sure about] that are primarily [but not absolutely] hate-oriented [what is hate-oriented? I hate many things.] (based on hatred of particular religious [I really hate the religion of Islam, now that isn't to say it's individual adherants, but the ideology of the religion does this count? Sounds like it does.], racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment[I'm VERY antigoverment], rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority [I reject some federal authority in favor of state or local authority I think this is Constitutional of course the document doesn't spell out the degree which us extremists reject federal authority I guess they are leaving it up to the call of the police agencies], or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals [THE INDIVIDUAL AGAIN] that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration [OH MY, I'm dedicated to the opposition of many issues including abortion and I would LOVE to see more intelligent immigration laws in this country].”

There is your definition. It’s not just hate groups (whatever that is) it’s individuals, it’s people that might be pro-life, individuals that have thoughts on immigration reform. Individuals that might hate another religion. It’s individuals that have different thoughts on state and federal authority. Individuals that just are “antigovernment” are extreme. I’m very anti(this)government. Does that count? Whoever worded this document or wrote it should be fired!

Obama and Neapolitan should appologize for allowing this document to exist. Also, per the document…

“Proposed imposition of firearms restrictions and weapons bans
likely would attract new members into the ranks of rightwing extremist groups,
as well as potentially spur some of them to begin planning and training for
      violence against the government.”

Rightfully so! If the government begins banning or taxing firearms and ammunition excessively it is our duty as citizens of this REPUBLIC whose Constitution would be under the most horrible of attacks to take up arms. This is not extremist unless of course our founding fathers were extremists. To label this as extremisism is an AFRONT to the very foundation of this great REPUBLIC. It’s as though the idiots in Washington DC think we live in a Democracy.

    Hi,
Can i take a one small picture from your site?

  7. April 16, 2009 12:24 am

    freedom
I’m with you. Guess I’m a real threat too as I don’t believe in abortion, Think our southern borders are weak and I sure hate the Illegal Aliens living here on our tax dollar and my husband is retired Navy and we have a son currently serving in Iraq.

    • April 16, 2009 1:01 pm

Yeah, they really slandered the military saying that vets are more likely to be violent terrorists like McVeigh. To lump our armed service brothers in with the likes of McVeigh is not fair and is a shame.

  8. April 16, 2009 12:51 am

Yeah – that report is nuts. What a sham.

    • April 16, 2009 1:02 pm

Thanks for giveing it a read. I like how they use the word “may” at the begining it’s kind of allows them to say whatever they want without facts.

  9. April 16, 2009 4:57 pm

I’m shocked, SHOCKED, that this report didn’t include extreme left wing groups disatisfied with Obama’s inability to march the country straight into a totalitarian state. Examples of such harmful people are Bill Ayers, an admitted domestic terrorist.

The report is one sided. It is ridiculous. And, when coupled with the “youth corp” of informers that Obama now has the power to imobilize, it gets down right Orwellian.

  10. April 16, 2009 4:58 pm

    “mobilize”
