What is Wrong with America – Obama’s Thoughts on a Supreme Court Nomination

May 1, 2009

“I want people on the bench who have enough empathy, enough feeling, for what ordinary people are going through,” Obama said in March 2008 at a rally in Ohio.  From FOXNews.com

This is 100% what is wrong with America.  Idiotic and dangerous statements like these push us further from a Constitutional Republic to a tyranical Democracy.  This type of behavior cannot and should not be tolerated by ANY party.   This spits in the face of what is America it is disgusting and shameful speech that we as a nation will suffer for in the future.  Obama obviously has complete and utter disregard for the Supreme Court and it’s role in government.  He also spits in the face of the principles this nation was founded on.  Perhaps he’ll turn on these comments and make wise decisions pursuing a Supreme Court nomination that is a respector of laws and not of feelings and empathy of what ordinary people go through.  Some how I doubt it though.
