Moderate Islam Still Silent

Many Muslims are talking about Obama’s speech.  They aren’t point out his mistakes and our instead praising his lies.  This is sad to see.

“The Holy Koran teaches that whoever kills an innocent, it is as if he has killed all mankind; and whoever saves a person, it is as if he has saved all mankind.”

I think much of the West is wondering what Islam consider’s an “innocent”.  As the verse following Sura 5:32 (i.e. 5:33) reads:

“The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land, is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: That is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the hereafter.”

But even with that Obama still left off the first part of that verse which is that it is directed at the Jewish people.  Commanding them not to kill innocents!  So, it doesn’t really apply to Muslim’s.  I guess Obama doesn’t know his Qu’ran to well…  And Islam still lacks a simple love your enemies philosophy.

As for the following, which this blogger so liked I have a question:

I completely 100% agree America can’t do it all alone.  My question though is why does it continue?  We’re getting tired of the endless fighting and the giving and giving of billions of dollars.  Even after Obama’s speech Islam is still carrying out on average 3 deadly attacks daily (the day of his speech it went to 4).  Just yesterday (June 8th) ten people were massacred by Islamic Jihadists in Narathiwat, Thailand and then a rubber tapper was also gunned down seperately on the same day, meanwhile in Swat, Pakistan Islamic Jihadists attacked a man at home killed him and his guard. 

Currently, between 300 to 600 million Muslims as polled by the independent research organization PEW are ok with the killing of civilians.  I assume they don’t think these civilians are “innocent”.   I wait to see how Islam is going to become part of the peace; however, I see no backlash against the deadly extremist attacks carried out yesterday.  I look through Islamic website after Islamic website and see nothing against these attacks!  Nor the attacks from the day before or the day before.  What about the extremists here in the states that failed in NY or Chicago or the one that succeed Arkansas.  No refutation of the verses that call for Jihad.  No, Islamic leaders attempting to set the record straight on Islam, just excuses that they were not “good Muslims”, which is obvioius!  The question Islam isn’t answering is why so MUCH violence?  Why hundreds of millions of “bad” Muslims?
